Four 6” tables for silent auction items (rocks) we will use both sides of table

One table for check in

One table for snacks

I will provide snacks/plates/napkins

Auction sheets (everyone gets their own pen at check in)

We will be there an hour early to help set up and stay to clean up as well

We will encourage all to wear a mask of course
