In this time of pandemic and social and economic upheaval, we see more than ever how crucial it is for individuals, communities, and societies to work together in harmony. Join Buddhist nun Thubten Chadron as she shares how generating peace, love, and compassion in our own hearts can help us to heal divisions between ourselves and others and find common ground to build a better future.
Venerable THUBTEN CHODRON, noted international author and teacher, is the abbess of Sravasti Abbey in Newport, WA. She has published many books on Buddhist philosophy and meditation, and is currently co-authoring with His Holiness the Dalai Lama a multi-volume series of teachings on the Buddhist path, The Library of Wisdom and Compassion. Her teachings are available online at thubtenchodron.org.
